The staff were helpful with a room change and other things. The room was a gorgeous split level with bedroom up top and 2 balconies overlooking the smaller pool. Really comfortable although you needed to go round back to get in. Helpful to have a gated parking area as we had a car for part of it. We arrived at 3 am and the staff met us there to let us in which was extremely accommodating. They also have a parking lot if you have a car. We did not explore the area around the hotel.
