Amazing location with breathtaking view of the meadows and mountains. The village is about 45 mins from Mestia and that's good thing. The best thing about the place was the top notch hospitality of the hosts (especially Giorgi who extended exemplary Georgian hospitality). Hands down, one of our best stay in Georgia.

Ecohouse Svaneti is a magical place. David and his family are excellent hosts and the location is in a small village south of Mestia. David's directions to their home were extremely helpful. We were amazed by the view from our room with large windows on 2 sides, a skylight and a large private terrace, Mountains surround the property. Facilities were clean and comfortable. The WIFI worked well. Parking was inside the gate of the property. We arranged for 2 breakfasts/2 dinners and were not disappointed. We chose not to drive our car to Ushguli and David arranged with his neighbor to drive us there in his car; do not miss this special experience. Thank you, David and family!

This guesthouse was our favorite place in Georgia. It is a new building, very clean and cozy. The whole house is heated, which is nice during cold nights and days. The guesthouse is run by Salome (she speak English perfectly) and her husband, and they do everything to make their guests feel at home. They helped us plan our hikes and transportation. And most importantly, we fell in love with their dog who accompanied us during our entire hike.. :) We totally recommend staying with them!

We were the very first guests at Svanieri, and it was truly amazing. The cottage is set on a hill with stunning mountain views — so peaceful and beautiful. Everything was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly kind and caring. They helped us with everything and made us feel right at home. We came with friends, had the best time, and even celebrated my birthday here — it was the most special one yet. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Svaneti! 💖
