This is an exceptional place. The scenery and view is amazing. The cottage we stayed in was lovely and clean and most importantly had great air conditioning which was nice in summer when it was nearly 40 degrees outside. The host of this property is such a great person. So warm and welcoming and had great advice about the local area like rafting and nature walks. He was so friendly to our family and our little puppy too. :)

The house is located in the forest, right nearby the river in a beautiful mountain surrounding. The house is clean, well equipped with everything you need for a living, with a good attention for details from owners (knives are all sharp, new good frying pans and pots, whole set of glasses, plates, and other kitchen equipment - you'll not miss a thing). You can warm the room with a wooden stove, owners will definitely help you with that. Outside there is a barbecue spot and a nice terrace with tables for a morning coffee or a dinner. Niko, the owner is always available for help, met us and showed us the way to the House when we arrived.You also can ask him to tell you about some hiking spots nearby (which are not listed in any map). Also there is a TV inside. Be aware that there is no mobile internet, nor wi-fi there, it only works on the road before the turn to the house. I can recommend that place for those who want to relax and unwind, who don't need internet during their stay and are ready to explore the wilderness a bit, but still have a comfortable house.

You enter a small georgian village and after a few minutes you find yourself in a buitifull winery. With a host that is happy to share with you the secrets of his tasty wine. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and you feel like you did a jump to heaven. The room that we got was very nice with a view to the mountains. Clean with comfortable bed.
