I can’t say enough about this amazing property! Centrally located in Agia Fotia and just a few steps away from the beach and the restaurants. The place was beautiful and our hosts Christo, Rita, and Matina were the best!! They made us feel welcomed from the first minute we got there and we basically became family! They make sure that all your needs are met and keep the place impeccably clean. Our friends also stayed in the apartment beneath us and loved it as well! We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and can’t wait for next year!!

An incredible stay from start to finish. The pictures DO NOT do this place justice! It is perfect in every way. Modern, updated, spacious. Two balconies, a washing machine with detergent, two aircons, a shower with amazing water pressure, full size fridge, two couches, parking, one minute walk to the main drag and beach of Komi and lots of great little restaurants. Plus Nikos and Irini were just the sweetest - we saw them many times during our stay (they were very respectful and didn't encroach at all) and it turns out that we know Irini's uncle who lives in Boston - such a small world!! Cannot recommend this place enough - 100 stars!!!!

    Our stay at Kantounia was fantastic. The house is very spacious, sparking clean and has a variety of amenities. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and she made small gestures for us to feel welcome and comfortable in the house which was very nice! Our communication with her was brilliant as well as everything else about our stay at Kantounia. We would love to return some time! 100% recommended.

    Great hospitality. The location is perfect for day trips around the island and to the most beautiful beaches. The host, Mrs Maria, was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and super clean. We also had private parking. Nearby you can find restaurants, super market, pastry shops and other local stores. Definitely recommended!
