If I could give 12 stars I would. The hotel is like a gem a few meters away from the best beach I have ever seen. Amazing facilities, great breakfast, excellent staff and the owners are very friendly and personable.

We had a very pleasant stay at Papoulias Rooms. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were always available and helpful, and the owner was always present, ready to offer great local tips and thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the heart of town and close to key attractions, shops, and restaurants. Free parking right in front of the hotel was also a big plus. Overall, this property offers exceptional value for money – a great choice for anyone looking for a simple, clean, and conveniently located place to stay in Elafonissos.

Free breakfast and with advanced notice, they accomodated my husband's gluten allergy. They even had gluten-free biscuits for him. Lots of breakfast choices (greek yogurt, eggs, meats, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, teas and more). The view from the shared balcony was beautiful bigger than anticipated. Very close to the port town, just a few minutes walk to numerous restaurants and shopping. I deeply regretted that we were only there for 1 night. It was excellent. Loved the 4 pillows on the bed and plug-ins on both sides of the bed so we could each charge our phones. We also appreciated the 1L complimentary water in the in-room fridge. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Very large parking area for our rental car. I am puzzled as to why it is only rated 2 stars. It was cleaner and in better condition than the 4 star hotel we rented in Santorini! It should definitely be 3 stars at the very least!
