The beds were really comfy we slept really good and it wasn't hot during the night at all. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, AC works perfectly and the large fridge was appreciated. The hosts were amazing! Very helpful, kind and warm. We loved our stay at Avgerou Studios, even though the closest beach had a lot of sea weed, it is a small town, so you could go a bit further and find clear waters. The location makes it a great spot if you want to explore both peninsulas as well.

The house was at a great location. The apartment had an excellent sea-view, big terrace, clean rooms, air conditioning, mosquito nets. The host was super friendly, had stocked the fridge and kitchen with all needed for cooking: olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. There was everything one needs.

Comfortable apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped, more than just essentials. Olive oil, salt, pepper and washing machine detergents were provided. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, some beer and ice cream for the kids in the fridge. In the children's room there were some coloring books and crayons for the kids. There were a lot of towels left. The location is very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk away. There are nice beach bars, you do not need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas, you just have to order something. There is also a free beach space.

I have been at this hotel for 4 nights. The property and the staff exceeded our expectations. Room was so clean. In every day it elwas cleaned. The balcony was very spacious and has the modern furnishings. It's perfect in the evening to stay and admire the sea from here. Thank you 4 You Boutique.

    Everything was JUST PERFECT!! Starting from the excellent location (just across the beach and the sea) Inside the property we found literally everything that we could imagine. Even more! The host was very polite and helpful. The private parking lot has the sunshade witch was helpful. We were very satisfied with the apartment and all the facilities. Will look for the same apartment some other time if we visit Psakoudia again!! My sincere recommendation to everyone looking for fancy, modern equipped apartment by the sea.

    I would give more than 10 points if I could. Perfect place, very clean, 2 minutes to the beach. Maria and her husband had taken care of each small detail in the apartments. The apartments are wide, clean and comfortable. Free parking is a plus. We are planning to visit them again this year

    Location is great, beach at 4 min walk, lovely property, everything was functional. Plenty of utilities: iron, hair dryer, washing machine, fridge, cooker, oven, TV, brand new bbq, 2 x air conditioning brand new. Also free parking and Pet friendly (very). The host was great same as Maria ( person which takes care of the property). No complaints at all

    Psakoudia is not as crowded as major resorts and restaurant prices tend to be more moderate. Between the house and the beach there is only a lovely little lawn with an olive tree and a palm. Rooms are spacious, with generous balconies and comfortable beds. Generous and shady car parking area is available 200 m away. Umbrellas and sunbeds on the sandy beach are available to guests. Georgios is a very nice and hospitable host. Thank you.

    The house was charming, spacious and comfortable, with several verandas and balconies. Water-saving system is installed. The location is very good - five minutes walking to the beach, 50 m. to the nearest supermarket, bakeries around etc. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Free parking in front.
