It is new, clean, bright, quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. It is close to town and right across the street from a market. The apartment has all the amenities for cooking. There are several chairs, both inside and out if you want to have guests over. The outside patio is very pleasant to sit in the morning. You can do your laundry on site. Lefteris and Maria are always available, very courteous and speak English very well if that is important to you. There is ample parking and the grounds are beautiful.

Reconstruction of the property was done with knowledge, love and attention to detal, combinig historic elements and contemporary needs. The property is well located, just 5-7 minutes walk from the beach, close to a supermarket and bus stops for buses to Chania. Good size studio flat, with nice balcony, quiet area. Would recommend and would visit again if ever on holiday to Chania. Owner is very welcoming and offered a lot of info and tips about the area.
