This is a wonderful property with every possible amenity. The staff, Kiki & Agape, were extremely friendly and gave us several great recommendations for restaurants. This property is in a great location - close to everything. Do yourself a favor & stay at this property. It is a great value. We will definitely be returning to Poliana Estates

Quiet little hotel up the hill of Agios Nikolaos. Great view of the area, excellent service, good kitchen and breakfast and nicely built premises. Overall very positive opinion on a relaxing 3 day stay!

Beautiful property overlooking the sea close to Areopoli and Kalamatha. It was spotlessly clean and had a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, also included a washing machine. Large property and lots of space on the terrace. The terrace was our favourite part, perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. We loved that the terrace remains shaded at all hours of the day so you’re never in full sun, which is perfect during the scorching hot summers in Greece! The hosts Vasilis and his wife were the sweetest people and ensured that our stay was nothing short of perfect. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Mani.

The apartment was a little haven of comfort and luxury which we enjoyed very much. Its proximity to the sea (although we didn't have too many occasions to go swimming because storm Daniel came along), its superb interior decoration, the perfect beds and pillows (I also highly appreciated having insect nets), being able to fall asleep on the sound of waves etc - we loved everything. There is no breakfast included in the stay but I recommend a nice spot nearby: cafe Kafenio.

The hotel is very charming. It is in the center of Agios Nikolaos, so you are close to all the restaurants in the village, the grocery store, pharmacy and everything in the village. You can also walk to the beach. There is free parking nearby. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a nice terrace and a small cafe where you can have breakfast. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.

The appartment was great. Really clean, super comfy and close to several restaurant. There is a small beach about 6 minutes by foot where they have sunbed and umbrella free. Its called city beach on google maps.

    The accommodation was fantastic. So clean and comfortable with everything you need. Staff are lovely and friendly. Estate was very quiet and good parking space. There are 2 pools and both lovely and great views. It's a 25-30min walk to the nearest village but is a lovely stroll there and back after dinner and drinks if walking is no issue for you. It's in a good location to explore other destinations in mani and the wider pelononesse area. Absolutely loved our stay here ❤️

    Excellent place with so nice sunset. Apartment was comfortable for us-2 adults and 3 kids. So many space, the kids loved water pool straight to the apartment. Also parking is near the door. 👍

    Amazing property!! The location is fantastic!! Quiet and the view is stunning surrounded by pure natural and light !! The hospitality is great and friendly!! The property is spacious and has two pools which makes your staying even more pleasant!! It also has parking in the property so it’s a plus when it’s right outside your room!! It’s very close to a cute area Saint Nicholas full of life and has restaurants and coffee places even a couple of bars . Perfect choice to stay if u visit Mani.

    Good location for us as, as we caught up with family in the region and attended the 'Panigiri' (festival) in Agios Kikon on 6 Aug. Five of us stayed there and it was very nice. We did not need to use the kitchen. Parking on site was handy.
