The hospitality and the service you get in aryaduta is one of a kind. I have been here for 7 years now and every single time they give such good service. I feel so at home here and in palembang. Thanks to communication, the gm andre, security that helpt me every time with the stroler. And to the service in the lounge she just works there for 4 months but her service was great. Thanks again to make such a memorable stay als for my son. Looking forward to my next stay with you.

the room and bathroom are both clean. the bathroom is quite spacious i must say, such a space in a bathroom is not necessarily needed for a hotel such as this. my room was located also quite far from the street, thus quiet also.
