The location is extraordinary. The house is set in the jungle just off the beach with easy access. We didn't see any tourists there and were delighted with the remoteness of it. Beautiful views of Java included. We were taken care of by Sri, a lovely lady who prepares the food and takes care of the house. Each morning the pool was cleaned very well. If you are looking for some time away from it all, this is a wonderful spot to unwind.

Everything about this place is magical, from the location directly on the beach, to the AMAZING staff (owner included). I traveled alone and they made sure I could count on them for anything I needed. I couldn't recommend this place enough, truly a gem. I will definitely be back next time around as well! Let me start off by saying that I loved this place so much, I ended up extending my stay. Maha Nusa is a hidden gem. The houses are beautiful, especially the bathroom, which was my favorite since it was both enclosed and outside at the same time. I would take nightly hot showers and look up to the moon and stars shining above me. The breakfast was tasty, especially Ida’s omelets. But what makes this place truly special is Ida. Bali is full of nice accommodations, but it’s the service and people that make your stay memorable. Ida made me feel like family and I can confidently say that I am leaving here with a friend. If you want to stay at a place that feels like you’re home away from home, I recommended Maha Nusa! The amazing reviews speaks for themselves. Thank you Ida for everything, I will be coming back soon!
