Pros - very clean, friendly staff, lots of toiletries, restaurant in lobby, and walkable to the mall (maybe the only area of Pontianak that has sidewalks + a foot bridge to cross the street to the mall). Lobby area is spacious. Located on a smaller street that is easy to walk, but you'll want to take a taxi anywhere in Pontianak bc sidewalks are rare. Easy for taxi to find.
