We had the benefit of using a large fully equipped Kitchen, so we were able to prepare our own food at any time of our choice. It was very convenient. The location was in the Knock Town centre, ideal.

    There was no oven/microwave to make breakfast. Parking was good, host was friendly Towels were clean , flooring was nice , bathroom was clean with shampoos, etc. well secured place but found it expensive.

    GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY! Martina was so lovely & welcoming to us. Even when we arrived late due to a problem that came up, she did not complain. Room was beautiful and super clean, completely spotless. A secure space for parking the car for free. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

    It was a very peaceful and quiet location, convenient to the town on foot with a secure space for parking the car. The internal decor was done to a very high standard. It was spotlessly clean and the building seemed to be very well insulated as I was able to use the room during the afternoon and in the evening to read and watch the TV etc. The ensuite facility was on a par with any 5 star hotel. The breakfast was excellent. With the front door key, I was able to come and go as I liked.

    Martina is a lovely welcoming host and staying here is like visiting family (without the arguments!). The house and bedroom is beautifully furnished, warm and there is ample off road parking. The full Irish breakfast is excellent

    Seven Oaks is a lovely property with good off-street parking. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed with a rural view out the window. Marina, our hostess, was friendly and helpful and provided a delicious breakfast.

    Wonderful big room, big bed, en-suite with toiletries, all spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast, lovely landlady - Martina - rooms serviced every day. Big white towels. Free parking. Touring advice if you want it. Highly recommended. When we return to Ireland this is where we'll stay.
