This lodging was unique and beautiful. We were late arriving due to circumstances beyond our control. The host was waiting for us and welcomed us warmly. We had bought picnic foods along the way to eat in our rooms, but he opened a lovely side porch with large table and put out plates and silverware and made us feel right at home.

Just amazing delicious breakfast!! Irish breakfast and the porridge and the coffee it was just beyond expectation and helped us to start our day in the best way :) Also surroundings so green and serene...It was just peaceful and a real taste of Ireland we had.

Right from the start, communication was easy and helpful. The house and décor were absolutely beautiful (and spotlessly clean) and the garden and views were so lovely. The bed was really comfortable. All of the little touches that the owner has made added so much to the experience, including plenty of toiletries, homemade scones and milk/wine waiting in the fridge for us. While we didn't stay long enough to make use of them, there are plenty of books and even board games for guests. I'd say it's probably the nicest accommodation I've ever stayed in and I can't wait to go back!
