The location of this hotel is breathtaking! On a lough and surrounded by beautiful gardens and forest. We loved our meals at the hotel and the cosy sitting room with the fireplace (even in the summer)!

The location was brilliant and within easy drive of Killarney. Our host was really welcoming and helpful. Great facilities with first rate bedrooms and everything we needed for a comfortable stay including loads of hot water and towels.

My room was exactly as it appeared in the picture. I think everything about it was just as advertised. I was greeted by Matthew, who was extremely friendly and helpful. This place is great if you just need a clean convenient spot for the night and are fine getting breakfast at a spot in town. I’m from the US, and for me there was nothing abnormal about this. I got all my check-in instructions through the app so I didn’t mind that there wasn’t someone working at the front desk. I would stay there again.

The property was situated right on a lake. My room had a lake view and it was most delightful. If you stay, stay for dinner. We had dinner for both days that we stayed there. I could not be more impressed with my dinners.

Absolutely loved this charming hotel from the moment we arrived. Warm, friendly local staff. We had a gorgeous bedroom with long windows overlooking the garden, and a fabulous view of the sea in the distance. Very comfortable bed. An old style bedroom with lovely furniture. Bar menu exactly what you want after a day out exploring. Ceasar salad the best ever! Had it 3 times during my stay. Great service from bar and waiting staff. Beautiful breakfast room, with table service which was a treat. You can help yourself to a small selection of cereals, fruit, juices and pastries. We extended our stay by an extra night. Would have stayed longer but hotel was fully booked. We will be back again.

Wonderful location, with a short walk into town and access to many hikes.

The house is perfect. Literally. Everything you’d ever need, comfy furnishings, and super clean. The view was great and you get two donkeys also who live in the front yard. If you can’t decide book here.
