A beautiful paradise. I cannot fault this plantation. An ideal place for a quiet getaway with extremely sweet and helpful staff. The food was delicious but the highlight has to be the natural swimming pond. Once in it was extremely hard to get out of! I really enjoyed my stay here and am planning a return. A must on anybody's list visiting Goa.

I loved the location and the property itself being a heritage Portuguese architecture home. The interiors were also nicely done keeping the cultural and traditional aspects of the house. The staff were courteous and always available to assist and help. Overall it was a pleasant stay that felt like home.

The cottage is well-equipped and has strong wifi, hot water, A/C, and a fabulous veranda. We were very comfortable during our 1-month stay. The gardens are beautiful and full of birdsong, butterflies, and local wildlife. But the best part of our time there was the hospitality of hosts Vinda and Nitin. We were constantly offered fresh coconuts and breakfast treats, local lunch dishes, and afternoon snacks. They loaned us books about Goa, provided SO much insight and info about what to see and do, and even welcomed us into their home for a chat about travel and life. We enjoyed getting to know the village of Borim and using Vinda's recommended driver, Sandip, to go farther afield, exploring the beaches and historic towns of the area. We fell in love with Goa and with the Enchanting Nest and are already planning a return trip ASAP!
