This is the best place to stay in this area and as me the Fabhotel Three Waves stands outstanding. Rooms were good and spacius and whasrooms were compltely clean and hygenic with all basic amenities The staff is nice and the food is delicious. Service is excellent. Even they have parking facility

Brekfast was beyond my expectation, food was great but the biggest surprise was the life soft music on a flute that this guys was playign jsut in the royal garden touching my ears while having breakfast. The room, in one word 'Royal'

Brand new, lovely residential building with unique, atmospheric decor thoughtfully executed on the 4th floor, in a central area of the city within walking distance of some of Hyderabad's top attractions. The family speak great English and went above and beyond to meet my requests and receive hints about what tourists expect from a property on the booking platform. Everything was NEW, and some areas were still being completed - I was the first guest to have the privilege of experiencing some nights here. (New WC, new pillows, towels, linens, fresh paint etc). Views from rooftop - spectacular! ALL OF Hyderabad can be seen! The family are so kind and considerate - a homestay experience that makes you wish you were staying longer. (Just under 1km to walk on a direct road to Charminar and Chowmahalla Palace for example.)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. But what truly made our stay special was the lovely host/ apartment's owner. The host( owner)was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The apartment's location was ideal, with easy access to supermarket ,organic store, medical shop, tea shops and restaurant.The neighborhood was quiet and safe, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The owner's exceptional hospitality and kindness made all the difference. He helped us in a very crucial situation. Without his help we wouldn't have retrieved our misplaced phone in Uber Cab. We couldn't be more grateful. He is truly a gem of a person. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Exceptional Hospitality and Comfort We had a wonderful stay, thanks to Raza bhai's hospitality. He was very friendly, humble, and provided all the facilities we needed. The apartment is spacious, clean, and located in the heart of the city, making everything within walking distance. Each day, housekeeping ensures the apartment is spotless, and the surrounding atmosphere is very pleasant. Raza bhai truly treats his guests like family. His 10 years of experience in 5-star hotels shine through in his impeccable guest service. My entire family felt right at home, and we appreciated the value for the money. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
