Good hot water in large shower; heated floor in bathroom. Comfortable bed with good pillows and doonas. Our room had a view over the car park to the coast. Opening window allowed the room to be cooled (no sandflies). Two good size armchairs in room and good size TV (although not a smart TV). Plenty of outside car parking right next to the hotel. The hotel was huge and there are a few blocks and huge lobby area, which I'm assuming area for tourist groups. We came early and had a slot for parking. By evening the parking lot was full. Breakfast was a huge hall and decent breakfast spread. For those driving, it is up the hill. Amazing views from up there. It is a short drive to Dyrholaey viewpoint (a must go) and the black sand beach. They use a physical key system for the rooms.Guest review byAartiYoung couple

We were greeted nicely and check in was smooth and efficient. The included breakfast was lovely, as was the coffee and tea. There was a kitchen available for our use, as well. There was a restaurant within walking distance and a little crepe stand in the parking lot with savory and sweet crepes. The place is not only clean - it is spotless (I am very picky when it comes to cleaniness and this place delivers!!) - and it is very well-equipped as well so you just need to move in and start living.
