We had a wonderful time! Gino, the owner, even picked us up from the supermarket — and gave us some great product recommendations along the way! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and well-organized, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We highly recommend it — a perfect spot to stop and rest while hiking the Via Francigena!

Perfect place if you plan to travel to Pisa, Florence and explore the beauty of Toscana. The house is located next to the road that leads to the main highway. The landlords Samuel and Elena are wonderful people, very cordial and responsive. We were impressed by their hospitality. We felt like we were part of their family. The apartment is lacking nothing. It's comfortable, all new, clean and offers good rest. We recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Really clean rooms, better than the pictures. It was really spacious and it was quiet around the property. Really convient to go both to Florence, Lucca and Pisa by car. Nice staff who accommodated nicely our very late arrival.

    Very nice host couple! Delicious breakfast including marmelade made of plum from the garden. Also, nice capuccino and latte. Pleasant and nice area with grapes and olives, good for a nice walk after sightseeing in Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, etc. Ideal location to make trips in Tuscany. Good parking and delicious food in the restaurant next to the guesthouse.

    Exceeded expectations, staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Very clean both inside and outside. Everything you could require was on hand. Asked reception for drinks and this was no problem. Fridge in room for extras. Low level lighting in bedroom for over night trips to the bathroom. Good secure parking. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, so much choice from fresh meats, cheese, fruit, cake plus much more. Will be staying again if in the area.
