The town of Nemi, is a beautiful Italian hillside village. Lots of places to eat and enjoy. Panoramic views of the countryside and lake. So peaceful to sit and eat or just drink and enjoy the panorama.. Ian and his wife plus the staff from the restaurant were extremely pleasant. The pizza I ordered was perfect , but it was the biggest I've ever seen and really was enough for a family of 4.

The facilities were great, the beds were comfortable and we were able to get extra pillows. The parking was on site and easy. Coffee/tea was available to make in the caffe downstairs. The hosts were prompt. There is a restaurant just next door that is exceptional.

Spacious, comfortable, well maintained and nicely appointed rooms. We were a family, we felt good in both of the rooms we booked. The host was very friendly and helpful. Her recommendations for local eating were super. The complimentary cold water, coffee and small snacks available 24/7 in the common area were thoughtful and much appreciated. The owner of this B&B shows care for the guests.

Denis, the host, was great at communicating with us, both before and during our stay. He took us through the unit, explaining how to use everything, and recommended good restaurants and sights to see. The unit was clean and comfortable with a fully functional kitchen (only missing a tea kettle). Washing machine worked well. Beds were comfortable and linens clean. Parking was private and right outside the door of the unit. Very quiet at night, and walkable to restaurants. Would recommend staying here.

    The host Valentina was incredibly kind and helpful, she took an extra step to help us pay our fine, which was a huge favor. I would totally stay here again. There is also a free parking spot availalbe in the backyard
