Manuel is brilliant, greeted me outside, helped me with parking, it was late in the day so helped me with a reservation at a local restaurant which turned out to be the best meal I’ve had in Italy! My room was perfect, everything I needed, lovely balcony. I had a bath which was exactly what I needed to unwind! Elena and Claudio were so friendly and helpful, and offered a super breakfast. When we arrived after a long journey the welcome and offer of an upgrade of our room to one with a balcony was wonderful. Great location, with a 10 minute walk to Lake Maggiore and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Great parking and a number of restaurants by the lake.
