Mazara is lovely in its city center and the b&b is in the best place for it. Nearby is a paid parking lot, which is reachable by a 5 minutes walk, very convenient. All restaurants and highlights are just next door to the b&b. Nice property, very clean and comfortable rooms, a/c very efficient and nice renovation. The common area and the staff are very pleasant, and the quality of the sleep was really good.

the breakfast was great, i would much rather have the choice of 2 bars within 2-3 minutes walk than be offered the pre-packaged and highly processed options some guest houses provide (commenting on what a previous reviewer wrote), and it is quite normal in Italy for it to be done this way. The only thing that was a little difficult was the timing of checking out by 10am while also having done breakfast before this. the sea view room is large, everything is modern and well thought out. arriving by train - easy (less than) 10 minute walk from the train station. right on the water front.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner met us at the property to explain everything to us. He also welcomed us with wine, bottled water, and some cooking supplies! We had 5 adults (1 couple plus 3 separate adults) so needed 4 separate beds. The 2 bathrooms were in the hall and shared by all rooms. (One had a shower and one a tub with shower attachment) All of the rooms were on one level(steps shown in photos of kitchen lead to a loft used for storage - not a guest area) The house has a washing machine but no dryer. Hower with the large drying rack and a small patio our clothes dried very quickly. All of the rooms have separate and wonderfully efficient and quick cooling air conditioning ! There is a patio with seating and a kitchen and dining table both with seating but only a small 2 person couch. We had a van and had a spot for it. It was a tight squeeze getting into the lane to the property but easy to find.

We stayed in a superior apartment while on a bicycle trip. The apartment was perfect. We loved the coffee maker in the morning and cooked ourselves a very nice dinner in the evening. There was a small and safe room off of the parking lot where we were able to leave the bicycles during our stay. It is a very short walk to the old town of Mazara. A grocery store and bread shop are just on the corner. All in all a great stay. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful accomodation, kind of different from what we were used to have. The garden was lovely and the tower in the middle gives a special feel. Even though the owners live there, we had complete privacy. The room is equipped with a small quicinette with essential facilities.
