We like all the location,service and most of all the people.I recommend this place

The facilities were great, the beds were comfortable and we were able to get extra pillows. The parking was on site and easy. Coffee/tea was available to make in the caffe downstairs. The hosts were prompt. There is a restaurant just next door that is exceptional.

Amazing property to take a stroll. Beautiful room with good facilities, the bed was very nice and there was a sweet baby crib.

Well maintained property. Room was very cosy, well decorated and with very large kitchen and living room. Bathroom was fantastic; large, clean and with high quality equipment. Beds were so comfortable.

Wonderful place in the country. Outstanding service from Luisa, every morning for breakfast. Luisa also did our wine tasting, which we thoroughly enjoyed, well worth it! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool with lunch and drinks, restroom, towels and umbrellas set up quickly by pool attendants. We rented the bikes and went all over the vineyards.

This was a terrific and memorable stay that was easy access to Modena, Parma, and Maranello. Our hosts made our trip fabulous and one we won’t forget. Was an honor to see the Acetaia on site, and breakfast was wonderful. We hope to return one day!!

The town of Nemi, is a beautiful Italian hillside village. Lots of places to eat and enjoy. Panoramic views of the countryside and lake. So peaceful to sit and eat or just drink and enjoy the panorama.. Ian and his wife plus the staff from the restaurant were extremely pleasant. The pizza I ordered was perfect , but it was the biggest I've ever seen and really was enough for a family of 4.

This was the best B&B. Christy could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfasts were delicious. Christy was helpful with finding things to see in the area and places to eat in the evening.
