It was attractive, clean, with a good breakfast, good water pressure and hot water. The small town was charming, and the mountain views impressive. But the outstanding quality was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, he seemed to be the manager, who did everything he could for us, from coming to get us in the parking lot, to finding a wheelchair, to getting us pizza when I was too tired to go out for it.
