Excellent, spacious and modern room. Large bathroom with large shower area. Nicely decorated lounge area. Fantastically decorated breakfast room with frescoes on the walls. Delicious breakfast with good quality food and locally produced delicacies. Friendly people. Quiet area in spite of being close to the highway. A great find in Sirmione area, we will definitely come back again!

Staff was exceptionally friendly. The home was well cared for and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was perfect to start the day. Thank you for making the end of our trip to Italy enjoyable. We don’t usually go back to the same place twice in our travels, this place we would make an exception.

The owners are amazing, they make you feel like you're visiting friends, not staying in a hotel. There's a lovely pool, breakfast is great and rooms are really nice and spacious. There's a restaurant belonging to the same owners with amazing food. There's a supermarket nearby and also a petrol station.
