Cleanliness, location and comfort. Everything was brand new and spotless! Marco had considered guests and their needs and was available to answer any questions or give recommendations etc. Exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend the property to any couple wishing to stay in the centre of Sassari.

It was close to the center, the location was very nice! The room was clean and cozy, the checkin went smooth, and the host was just amazing! Laura was so sweet, she helped us a lot with the accomodation and late dinner, she recommended the best restaurant to have dinner, she was just fantastic!! Beautiful and tranquil place a little bit away from the tourist crowds but still well located 10 min from the sea or 15 min from Porto Torres. Umberto is very friendly, welcoming and easygoing. He made us feel very relaxed and cared for. The rooms are modern, quality rooms with very good matrasses and pillows. You can sleep safely with open doors and a big mosquito door guarantees a good night rest. There is a garden and place to sit outside. Everything breathes space and openness. We accidently booked a twin room but got an ever nicer room with 1 big bed. I could use the water hose to undust our dirty car. We accidently forgot to leave the keys but we needed to get our flight and could not bring them back. We were a bit embarrased by it, but Umberto made us worry free. Our apologies and many thanks for your hospitality!

This is a great place to stay in Sassari. We enjoyed everything: the cosy atmosphere in the rooms, the furnitures and works are of good quality, the place on the terrasse for breakfast is nice, the breakfast as well (our host made savory breakfast because we did not want sweet ones). It was easy to communicate with Massimo. The place was spotless: respect for maintaining such cleanliness in all the building!
