The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. There were some snacks in the kitchen (toast, jam, and cookies) and that was super appreciated. The place was very clean and the room was great. I had to work a little and there was a desk in the room and the internet was very good. It is about a 25-30 min walk away from the bus stop or the historic center, but I did not mind the walk. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Our family of 4 rented 2 rooms, and we were very happy with our host's helpfulness, the great location to central Parma, and the rooms themselves. While the studios were small, they were well appointed to make good use of the space, with shelving, places to hang clothes, and tabletops large enough to gather around, especially in the larger of the 2 suites. They were clean and supplied with enough basic dish and glassware to serve our needs. Location is great for walking into the heart of town. We enjoyed restaurants, shops, and historical venues with ease. Our host gave helpful suggestions, with links, for food and tours. We felt at ease contacting her with any questions. We would stay here again.

Location was perfect. Host was very responsive. I had mistakenly made reservation for 2 when I needed for 3. The host Quickly made adjustments and the sofa bed was prepared when we walked in. Space was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
