BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL FOR A CONTINENTAL, THE LOCATION WAS OUT OF THE HUSSLE AND BUSSEL OF ROME AND ALLOWED US TO SEE SOME OF THE COUNTRYSIDE. IT WAS EASY TO GET INTO ROME FROM ITS LOCATION. THE SIGNAGE DIRECTING YOU AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE B&b WAS A LITTLE OBSTRUCTED BY VEGITATION ON THE ROADSIDE. NOTE YOU HAVE TO TURN ONTO A GRAVEL LANE TO GET BACK TO THE PROPERTY AND ENTER THROUGH A GATED ENTRY. THE STAYED LATE TO GET US IN!!!!

Everything was wonderful…..location. room with a private entrance off the terrace, quiet, great hosts, very welcoming. We enjoyed an excellent dinner at La Cantina which is just a few metres away. Lovely breakfast on the terrace.

Absolutely fantastic location in the village. Could not be better - a few steps away from the main piazza with all of the restaurants and shops. Yet, also very quiet. Gorgeous view of the lake. Appears to be recently renovated and is a lovely unit. Written instructions from the host were excellent. Very, very responsive.
