Quite, relaxing and peaceful, a private Villa that the on site owner's take pride in and it shows. Both the evening meal and breakfast was prepared with care and attention to detail. The room was in a separate building from the dinning area and main house. The room itself was quite large, the air-conditioning was adequate and there was a desk in the room to work from, strong internet WiFi, more than enough parking.

This B&B is wonderful, we had a really plesant stay there. Definetly a hidden gem. The house is really comfy and warm. The owners are super friendly and the breakfast was great. I would recommend it to anybody 10/10.

The hostess was amazing . The property was beautiful and clean . The hostess responded immediately to some of my questions about nearby restaurants and made inquires on our behalf. Very accommodating as we were running late due to an issue on one of our bicycles. Recommended a local bike shop . Excellent place to stay.

Excellent location for travelers with a car to visit Bologna, Modena, Ferrara & Verona. All were within a 45-60 min drive. The host was absolutely exceptional and very attentive and helpful in all respects. The accommodation is spacious and in brand new condition, modern with a fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, spacious and fully equipped bathroom in a rural farming area which is quiet and very safe. Plenty of parking. Great for relaxation. Access to a washing machine is provided. Overall, one of the best short stay apartments that we have ever stayed in over the years. Very highly recommended without reservation.
