Easy check in. The house is spacious in a quiet area. Easy to get to, plenty of parking space. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment in it. We came in the summer and it was hot so air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much appreciated!

    A nice stay in a quaint and quiet café which has several rooms in the back and upstairs for guests to stay. Check in instructions were clearly provided before reaching the establishment. There are parking lots available across the street for guests. Room is nice with a modern look and feel. The drinks available in the café are priced on the higher end but taste good.

    Hospitality of the host. A 76 year old cheerful gentleman, helping to direct our car to the narrow parking lot, carrying luggage to the hotel room on the second floor. Staff send welcome drinks to the room every day, and prepare Traditional Japanese breakfasts....

    The parking lot is in the same building as the AEON shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping. It's okay to stay for one night, but it may not be that comfortable for more than two nights. Overall it's okay. Business people or those who have a short stay may consider staying for one night.

    We liked everything. Great hotel in a great location. Convenient parking just in the underground mall parking lot with separate entrance to the hotel. We loved the lounge where we could have free coffee and sit leisurely. The hotel also has a beautiful onsen which we didn't use. Staff was helpful and kind. Our room (economy twin) was on the smallish side but no complaints. That is what we booked.

    There is a small onsen on the top floor. Convenient location next to the railway station and various shops and restaurants. Very nice breakfast buffet with lots of freshly prepared Japanese food. Car parking with lift available. Staff didn't speak much English but was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot. It was a very pleasant stay.

    This ryokan is run by the sweetest family. They were very welcoming and helpful. Great homey vibes, with delicious breakfast. Breakfast or dinner are homemade, and will have to be ordered the day before. There's free parking nearby, and location is conveniently 10 mins walk to the city centre. You'll also get some cute souvenirs at checkout.
