Absolutely everything was perfect. The loveliest hosts, Rika and Gareth, who were supportive, personable and friendly throughout. The food was absolutely delicious! We even shared an amazing Christmas dinner together with the hosts and other guests. The location and facilities were perfect. The hosts are by far the warmest, most supportive and caring hosts we have ever experienced and they will do absolutely everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable, happy and instantly feel at home. Whether that be helping with organization and logistics, helping with travel drops, huge efforts to provide the best service: genuine smiles and conversations and sincere interest in you as visitors to their home. Exactly like the picture, 5C’s (comfortable, convenient, clean, caring, charming). The host warmed up the house before we arrived, prepared everything we may need and the massage chair is so far the best I've tried, especially after skiing and snowboarding!

Very clean, looks newly refurbished, lovely Japanese room (very efficiently design, even though it was small, it felt very comfortable). Staff was friendly and offered great service, some spoke English, delicious breakfast with fresh homemade bread. good location near farm tomita.

The breakfast provided was very good and the communal dining area was warm and inviting with a fire burning. The whole building was warm, well lit and very clean. Excellent ski drying room. The Prince Furano Ropeway ski lift was only 1.4km away which we drove to. The Japanese bath was a real bonus to use at the end of a hard days skiing. Joon was a generous and friendly host.

    The location of this hotel was great, close to restaurants in a quiet area. This hotel is very new so everything was clean and modern and smelled new and fresh. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, even Hokkaido ice cream if you want it. Although the hotel parking lot was small and was often full, there is another gravel lot just adjacent to the hotel that was always available so we had no problems parking.

    The bed sheets, towels, quilt cover were all clean and fresh. Seems a waste to use for a few hours. Common bathroom facilities were excellent. There are options of paid parking and free parking a few minutes walk away. Supermarket is just round the corner

    Great location about 500m from base of Kito gondola/chair and walking distance to several great restaurants (there is also bistro in hotel but we did not try it). Free parking nearby. A new property that has been thoughtfully designed and is extremely comfortable (large rooms, great beds). Small but spotless and comfortable/relaxing spa/onsen. Staff were friendly, and went above and beyond to be super helpful. Great views from lobby/cafe/bistro area over the valley.
