The most impressive service provided by the hotel is that it offers 13 kinds of pillows for the hotel guests to choose to enhance the quality of sleep. In addition, the staff are nice and helpful. This was far and away the best accommodation during our most recent trip to Japan. Excellent location near Hakodate station and Hakodate eki mae tram stop. The room is actually an apartment with tons of space and fantastic facilities.

Fantastic location with a great view and traditional tatami mat setup. Extremely good value for a private room, and proximity to onsen is great as well. I arrived earlier than expected and Sasa-san cleaned up the rooms very quickly to let me put in my luggage. Wish I could've stayed longer!
