The hotel was a long way from Osaka, though the train station is just one minute away from the hotel. There is a nearby convenience store beside the train station, and FamilyMart is not far from the hotel. If you love to stroll for 20 minutes, walk to the park along the side of a beach. The staff is helpful, although they do not speak English. They always find a way to communicate with you.

We stayed at the family room. It was bigger than expected and it was such a beautiful experience. We stayed for one night at the end of our Japan trip, so we could be close to the airport for our morning flight. The family room has everything you need plus you get the chance to have an amazing experience in a traditional Japanese room. We walked 15min to spend our afternoon at the beach. It’s a few minutes away from the train station and there are restaurants and convenience stores a few minutes away.

This was the first time that I stayed in a hotel which inside an airport. My plane was scheduled to depart at 9:30 and Kansai Airport is far from the center of Osaka, so it was good to stay in the airport. I was able to get up at 6:20 as usual, and catch the plane without any hurry. The soundproof level of the room is perfect, there was no any noise in the whole night. It is 3 minutes' walk from the 2nd floor of this hotel to Terminal 1 of Kansai Airport, with the JR railway station in the middle, so the transportation is very convenient. I was able to wander in the airport with my family the evening before we leave, that was an interesting experience. The check-in and check-out process was extremely efficient, which matched the style of airport perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight from Kansai and don't want to get up very early and struggle for a taxi.

    Next to Nishikinohama station, only few ten meters to walk. Balkony was fine. Also laundry room next to parking hall was helpful. Opposite station was Lawson shop. Next quartier down was Post office, where you can withdraw money.

    Great amenities which include a full gym, onsen, free parking. Clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Great staff. The attention to detail of what a guest would need in the room (plenty of toiletries, types of soap, hairdryer, drinking water from the tap and bottled water to name a few). Very worth it for the price we paid. Location is near the airport which was great for a late flight in, we accessed it via car but not sure how easy it would be to get to if via public transport
