The room was very comfortable, breakfast was great, there was enough parking space and a Lawson across the street. There was also a laundry machine and dryer inside the hotel.

It was just an in-between destination stopover but it was a comfortable hotel with a very nice onsen facility and good laundry amenities. There is a good restaurant in front of the hotel. The carpark was spacious! The staff was excellent - my friend had left her Apple Airpods in the room at this hotel, and when she realized it we were already in Nara. The hotel staff at Kusatsu Ritto Route Inn arranged for the airpods to be sent to us in Nara without any charge. We are very grateful for your service and kindness! I loved the location, in Moiyama Station. I loved the staff. I wanted to live here! There is a good fitness center on 3rd floor, a bit expensive but worth it. This is an outstanding value, looking forward to being in Moriyama and staying again.
