Location was ok, glad we had a car though, the parking was meant to be for 2 cars, we ended up with a massive Landcruiser and only just fit it in. The beds are rock solid, for a western person it was awful, 2 of us did consider staying elsewhere as it really was hard to sleep on them. The lounge suite is the same. We were glad it was only 2 nights and we were out the majority of the day.

The whole place especially the garden is very pretty!! I personally like the vibes very much! There is also a lounge for you to relax with nice view of the garden or chat with other residents! The staffs are friendly. You can use the onsen at booked timing! As well as in the morning without booking!

Onsens are beautiful, amazing facilities with all amenities. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The view is great. A very pleasant stay, would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast was the best buffet we had in our whole trip. French toast are the best we’ve ever had! Bus stop to go around the area is right at the entrance to the hotel.

The opportunity to stay in a Japanese villa, in a great location by Lake Ashi, with a kitchen and plenty of space was amazing. Then, the hot springs shower and tub was super special. It truly was healing to our bodies that were a bit worn out from travel. Yes, stay here! We hope to stay longer next time. It was a little hard to find. Yet, a kind gentleman was watching out for us and directed us.
