Everything basically! The beds had so many small wonderful touches that show the effort he puts into his place. The kitchen and relaxing area as well. Its like a traveler decided to make a hostel as a passion. So many great things. The beds also are large and there are free cooking things at your disposal. The size of the hostel also allows for more deep connections with other guests. The owner is wonderful and always has a huge smile 😊

This hotel has one of the best amenities; public bath, manga reading lounge, massage chairs, gaming area and on top of that, a special room for Model kit enthusiast to build their model kit and paint it! it has freaking air brush tools for you to play around! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from higher floors.     This is basically a Japanese style business hotel just good for one one night stay if you want to be near the main Shizuoka station and don't worry about the quality of the hotel in terms of comfort and style. However, the staff is very helpful and the hotel provides a car parking tower next to it. The breakfast buffet choice is passable. The best part is the reasonable cost of the stay.

    Extremely pleased with the stay. Was in the same vicinity in Oct 2023 and stayed at a nearby business hotel. Comparing it with this experience, Hotel Quest Shimizu was definitely way better: Complimentary night drinks were awesome. Room size was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were well lit. Staff could communicate with perfect English. Parking slots were available. Amenities were great.

    I liked that the car park was next to the hotel. They had multiple options so even when the car park is full you will find parking. There are at least 3 multiple tier parking lots. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would book again if on the area. I almost passed on this opportunity because of an unpleasant experience with one of the chains in Tokyo last month, but happy I decided to try them again.
