The hotel is little old but they take very good care of it so I feeld very good in this hotel👍 the room was spacious and clean 🙏 in the room we had a massage chair so was very good plus👍 all staff we met was very kind and polite 🙏 breakfast was very delicious thank you very much 😊😊😊 I highly recommend this hotel. Great spacious room and free drink and breakfast. They call a taxi for me to go to the airport in the 4:45am. The front desk person was extremely nice.

    If you have to fly in or fly out from the Itami Airport, this is a solid choice. Be aware that you can not walk directly from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel organizes a shuttle service that runs every 15 min, I believe from around 6 am to 10am and then from something like 2 pm to late evening. The access to the shuttle is via monorail station down to the parking lot. The staff of the hotel was nice. Breakfast had little variety but was okish.

    It was, maybe still is, a Love Hotel. Which means large rooms and bathrooms, perks like drinks and breakfast, and free car park. This one is a little too small, and we parked outside. The room was fine, but the bed (as always in LH) was on the hard size. No smell of tobacco in the room. A good choice for one night.
