We really enjoyed our stay. Customer care was top notch. We felt so welcomed and Jane, the host was really warm and constantly followed up to make sure we were okay. The house was really beautiful and well furnished,perfect place for families. Would highly recommend booking this house.

    What you see is what you get. The ambience is so welcoming and stylish. The rooms are very spacious.I liked their storage. Enough and safe car parking. It's an oasis of tranquility, forget the rest. All amenities are functional and the host is great at communication. She's just a text away. This is a must stay anytime I am in the City of Nakuru. Perfect place for family stays.

    The Ole-Ken is a wonderful slice of heaven situated a walk away from the beehive city. The guards were strict with security. I commend them for this. Kevin at the reception was polite and is a good communicator. The parking lot was secure and the protocol was sensible. We loved the room, but most of all, we cannot fail to bless the chef for the food we received. The chef's special was so good we had it twice! Definitely my hotel destination whenever I am around Nakuru.

    The Staff are really friendly, Professional and prompt. We got a good quiet room that my wife liked. The breakfast and lunch menu pick's were super amazing and five star. We managed to use the pool, and they even do have a functional gym. Least I forget they have safe parking lots for the cars too.
