I can very much recommend staying in the Hotel Urbanista! It’s location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is run by a local family that cares a lot about their guests. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent! The host is very helpful and friendly, the apartment is wonderful and in central position in Stip. The apartment provides everything that is needed and is very spatious, super clean, and with a very nice terrace overlooking Stip.

I unexpectedly found myself traveling to Macedonia, specifically Skopje-Shtip. Initially skeptical about visiting the Balkan countries, I was pleasantly surprised by how much they cater to the needs of tourists, providing a delightful experience. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and tasteful decor of the apartment. The hosts were fantastic, promptly addressing all my requests. The highlight for me was the breathtaking high-rise view from the balcony, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the beauty of the city. I definitely recommend this place.

    We've stayed in Stip a few times, and this hotel is by far the best. It's quite newly built, and everything is very comfortable and works well. Secure underground parking, fast WiFi, friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast, very comfortable and spacious room. What's not to like?

    Necko has rooms in the first floor and a restaurant in the ground floor. The restaurant was very good. About breakfast: -at first- we saw no buffet just some fruits and some basic breakfast food... then plates started coming to our table... Practically a whole buffet placed at our own table. So, in general : Large room, VERY good breakfast and parking space in front of the hotel. City center is about 3-4 minutes drive and the -small- city mall about 2 minutes. The girl at the reception was very helpful.

    The apartment and the building are new. The stay offers parking and it is quite close to everything. You have good supermarkets and pretty much everything that you would need very closely. The host is perfect, friendly and warm welcoming. Overall great expirience.

    The apartment is new, super clean and has great location. It has private parking so your car will be always safe. The building is also new and it is very nice and pleasant. Overall I cannot say any bad word about our stay and the host. Perfect, keep it up!

    Breakfast was excellent - above and beyond ; great variety to choose from and freshly cooked to order . Breakfast ladies were very friendly and caring - anything you need just ask them ( towels etc). Reception staff also very friendly and helpful. Great location / very clean / parking vouchers provided.
