It's a small apartment in a walled compound with a pool. The apartment was nice and roomy, very clean with really pretty murals on the wall. The bed was large and comfortable. The pool was lovely. There was a small fridge, coffee pot and limited kitchen items. It appears to be brand new, and the owner was finishing some things when. We got there. He was very welcoming.

Beautiful modern large hotel with vibrant wall murals. Impeccably clean spacious rooms with large shower that was hot and had good water pressure. Good air con. Comfy beds and pillows. Large beautiful gardens with mango trees full of fruit. Huge restaurant with delicious meals. Definitely recommend.

Stayed for one night and everything was great! I had a car so can’t really comment on location and I liked that they had a safe place to park my car. Room and bathroom were clean. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was great but the pool was super dirty the hot tub didn’t work there were cockroaches in the restrooms

Probably the best hotel around Punta Conejo, its a brand new place with huge rooms and a swimming pool you can actually take laps in. The restaurant on the site is excellent especially if Rosario the cook is preparing meals, and the owners are so friendly they helped us with the rental car company as our car broke down. Be aware that in the surfcamps on playa Brasil you have to take a guide to go surf with, which turned out to be of an advantage as Enriques surfguide Alex is the best! And he knows all the waves and conditions so you end up surfing the best wave. I would only stay here if I came back!
