Communication with Sebastian was quick,clear and professional. He met us upon arrival . The loft was clean , well located , and very comfortable, Sebastian made some suggestions for dining and arranged transportation. Overall we were very pleased. Perfect place to visit Campeche.

Narrativ Lofts - Serena is a wonderful accommodation in the perfect location to explore all the best of Campeche. Sebastián, the host, was extremely responsive to our every need, although we had few. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed for a memorable stay. We especially appreciated the quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and premium linens. Even breakfast items (fruit, granola, eggs, juice, coffee, etc.) were there upon our arrival. I highly recommend Narrativ Lofts - Serena. You won't be disappointed!

Right in the historic center of the city. With pool, hammocks and lounge chairs it's a great spot to get out of the heat why you tour the city. Definitely a great spot for a family of 6 (we were 3). It was probably the most comvient.locatiin I have ever stayed for the money.

The property is perfectly located in the heart of the historical center. It is beautifully designed & decorated. As soon as we checked in, we received a bunch of messages with recommendations. We dos as many as we could within the short props of time we had and they were all great!! Every morning we would get a message asking if we needed any refills for breakfast. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’d we go back to Campeche, we will definitely be booking this place again. And if you’re a big group or big family, all for their colonial house. We went to see it and it is absolutely stunning!!!!

A beautiful oasis in the heart of Campeche. Everything was immaculate. The rooms are stunning - I don't think these photos do them justice - and so comfortable. The staff couldn't do more for you. Easy parking. The pool is small but perfect for a dip after a day of touring. I would definitely recommend.
