This property is fantastic. It’s like a mini boutique resort with so many facilities, many of them quirky and unique, but at the same time so tranquil. For the price it was excellent value. The room was large, airy, very clean and had travellers in mind, e.g multiple clothes hooks for towels, suitcase racks, spaces for storing items. The activities on site included a tour of the tortoise nursery (a must!), a gong bath, not to mention the fantastic underground cave with saline swimming pool. We also paid for massages which were excellent and super relaxing, clean and professional al spa. The staff were also excellent - very attentive, friendly and helpful. Properly the best service we’ve received on our two week holiday whilst in Mexico. On site restaurant had a great menu with a variety of local and classic dishes, high quality cuisine. Do not hesitate to stay here! A little out of the main centre but 6mins by taxi, only 20 mins to some of the best centres in the area.

This hotel is AMAZING 🤩 I loved everything. The room was stunning with a double shower 🚿 facing the patio full of plants 🌱 felt really exotic. The breakfast was delicious. Alan was very welcoming and kind; he did our check-in. But the restaurant staff, gardeners, cleaning ladies, everyone was great and provided excellent guest experience.

A real gem in Valladolid! Everything, from the moment you walk in has a wow effect. Superb artwork from local artists in the entrance, gorgeous tropical garden with a beautiful green pool and a very helpful and nice staff. A personal thanks to Fernando who really stood out! And then the rooms. Just gorgeous, generous in size, with all the amenities, a hammock to relax, super comfy bed, plenty of towels and a grand and majestic marble bathtub in a tropical garden within the room filled with flowers. I mean wow!

We loved everything, fantastic place. Harry is just beyond. Bruce (a wonderful golden retriever) is the real barman! Best breakfast ever, well located. Beautiful surroundings, out of chaos. Real paradise to us. I wish we could find more places like this around. Thank you for everything ;)

Clean, staff wonderful. Safe. Gated parking lot with remote for gate. Great roof top cafe with wonderful view. Plumbing fantastic, comfortable beds, great wifi, lots of towels, great shower, large room, refrigerator. Grounds were well landscaped, like a little paradise. Cute. Quiet. And great restaurants and shopping all over close by. Valladolid felt very safe. The yucatan feels safe.

Quaint, family owned and operated hotel. Wonderful hosts. The attention to details is astonishing! Beers, juices and cokes in the BIG fridge…compliments of the house! Drinking water?     Small hotel at the end of a dead end street with free parking in walking distance to the center (you can also take the car and park in the street in the center). Very quiet (adults only). Big modern rooms and bathrooms. Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean. Creative pool with an indoor part below the breakfast terrace. Wifi worked well.
