This is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at and made such beautiful memories here. The host is so kind and so accommodating and all the staff are so nice. The food at the restaurant is so delicious and we were able to order it to the pool and our room! Super close to the beach and so many good restaurants. Cute cat at the property too. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Nicaragua 🥰

Beautiful layout which maximizes the use of the space. Bed was comfortable. Food was spectacular! Silvanna the owner was there during our stay, and gave us plenty of information about things to see and places to go during our visit.

Bright, modern airy rooms, large bathroom, good shower water pressure. Lovely central courtyard with many lounging beds, hammocks and a pool. Steps to a clean sandy beach, short stroll to many beachside restaurants. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay, and extended it by a day as we didn’t want to leave this beachside paradise!

Had a really good stay in the dorm, which has 4 beds , it’s clean and comfortable with personal fan bych each bed. Shared bathroom and shower was very clean so was the whole hostel. Kitchen is well equipped and you can refill your water there. The location is right where the bus stops, a few minutes walk to the beach, nice and quiet at night. You can buy some drinks like juice and beer for very good prices there and there’s a couple of shops very close to the place. Patrick , who is the owner is kind and very hospitable, we shared good chats and I can only recommend this place for a really nice stay in Penitas.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from location, to well appointed rooms with a view to the ocean, and a nice beach. Everyone provided great service, from the reception personnel, to the friendly kitchen staff. Did I mention how delicious the food was, yes it was delicious. Tony the caretaker was incredible from arrival to departure, and took great care of us throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel!

Really nice grounds, patio and hammocks. The free use bikes were very handy for grocery runs and runs to other parts of the beach as well as restaurants in the evening. The lady that manages the place is so very nice The breakfast was the best I had since I came to Nicaragua and she made it 30 mins earlier than scheduled for me as I had to catch an early bus

    Terrible place. They didn’t respect the booking policies. I booked a bungalow with ac and they didn’t give it to me and they wanted to charge me extra. The place was trashy and the parking lot was very inaccesible. False advertisement and the pictures were deceiving.

    Safe parking, perfect location not too far from the capital and the roads are in good state. Loved the location literally in front of the beach, the balcony did not disappoint. Staff was welcoming and nice. The bed was firm and comfortable. The food was the highlight of everything!

    Such a beautiful and quiet place right at the beach! The staff all were super nice and helpful and I felt very welcome there. The room (I had a budget one close to the parking lot) was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was really yummy and so was the dinner I ate at the restaurant, looking out at the sea.
