I had an incredible stay! The accommodation was spot-on—clean and wonderfully comfortable. Its peaceful location offered a perfect retreat, and the stunning views were absolutely breathtaking. The staff were super friendly and quick to assist with any questions. The dinner was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. I felt completely at ease and truly enjoyed my time here. Beautiful property with fruit trees. Teresa the owner is lovely and she treated us like family. The triple room was huge and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or alternatively, Teresa will cook homemade delicious meals. The location is great, we recommend sunset at Mangos beach .You can reach Papaki by public transport but it takes long time, we recommend to rent a scooter or quad bike. The website of papaki is well done and you can find all the information about transport, food and activities to do in the island.

Arriving late and in the dark due to our own bad planning, we were met by the kindest and most accommodating family on our Nicaraguan trip. We had a nice spot to park the ATV and it was so calming listening to the lake outside our room. A few cold beers and a wonderful meal made this a highly recommended stop for everyone we've met since. You wont be disappointed!

The pool and view of Concepcion is unbeatable. All the gardening is beautiful and creates an amazing vibe I have stayed here many times over the years and the girls working there are always amazing! Super friendly and they go above and beyond for guests Sunset drinks at the pool is one of the most beautiful things ever!!

This is an amazing property , probably the nicest location on Ometepe As a bonus the property manager Erik is amazing , he sent us a list of things to do on the island as well as all the best restaurants. He even set us up with the guide to hike conception Our only mistake with this place was not staying longer. Beautiful location , beautiful view , beautiful service , very reasonable price . I have never seen such a beautiful outdoor veranda kitchen set up . Do not hesitate , villa Ometepe is the best place to stay on the island

Thé location was amazing, the water was calm, no wind like the other side of the island. The farm animals were a great perk . The owner and staff were so welcoming. The sunset with volcano views, near the entrance to the river for kayaking. Beside a happening bar. Mango beach is great too. The toilets and showers were very clean. A magical paradise. The hut was perfectly cute right on the water front.
