Staff were wonderful, Rafa was very accomodating and the ladies who prepared breakfast (yum) were very friendly! Location was great, close to the main part of town (3-4 min walk) but not right in the hustle and bustle. Air conditioning in the rooms was great and a must, it is super hot in SJDS.

Beautiful home in a great location. It's very modern with a gorgeous view of the jungle and bay. I felt like I was living in a tree house overlooking the green canopy of the jungle. Very close to the beach...maybe a 15 minute walk. It had a washer, dryer and a fantastic gas stove with, I think, 6 burners. It also has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. Overall a really beautiful home in San Juan del Sur. Justin, the property manager, was really helpful as well. He answered our questions quickly and in a friendly professional manner. All good 👍

It was easy to access the apartment, the host is kind and responsive, very helpful if we needed anything. We rented a scooter to make it easier to get around as it is a bit outside the restaurant area. However we much preferred the peace and quiet. Comfortable bed, AC. Hot shower. Very clean. Perfect place with lots of space and a beautiful pool and garden area.

    Very nice old school tropical wooden house that is converted into a hotel/hostel. The location is great as it is only about 30 meters from the beach and also close to the city center and plenty of shops cafe and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped with everything we needed. Parking was also available and the breakfast is limited but still very good. The site is also properly secured 24/7 and is fully local owned.

    Lovely, charming traditional house converted to hotel use. Comfortable communal areas such as upper and lower lounge and pool to relax, air conditioned room, nice breakfast. Parking available, central location seconds from the beach. Fairly good value for money. It was ideal for our large family but looks like it would suit any kind of traveller.
