My stay at Tui Cottage was truly a delightful experience.The location in a friendly and tranquil community made me feel right at home. The community's monthly newsletter not only extended a warm welcome to new friends but also paid tribute to the cherished old neighbors: penguins, seals, and a variety of birds. It was a place filled with love, and I even had the pleasure of getting acquainted with a unique New Zealand bird called Tui. What a special experience! The cottage is equipped with all the amenities one could wish for, and it was impeccably clean. It's evident that you pay great attention to every detail. What made my stay truly unforgettable was Kerry and Jo. Their extraordinary warmth and hospitality are unmatched. This has been by far the best value and most comfortable accommodation I've experienced in New Zealand. It truly feels like a home away from home. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for me

    It was in a very good location, could see quite a bit of the sea. Little sheltered deck was nice. Quite location at the end of a street. Off street parking. Nice walking around the area. Cute seeing rabbits on the lawn in the mornings. It was a nice place to stay. Everything you need is there, well equipped kitchen.

    Lovely location with views across the bay, very peaceful and great access with car parking right next to the unit. Very clean and nicely furnished, everything I needed was there. Very handy to the local tavern where I had a delicious evening meal of freshly caught fish - lovely atmosphere with cosy fire and friendly locals. Also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Boulders Cafe on my way to see the boulders on the beach the following day.

    very clean and spacious. top floor bedroom with views of the water. easy to find, designated parking area. the bottom floor living and kitchen area was so nice and spacious, kitchen had everything you needed. bathroom was big, liked that there was extra counter space which is helpful. comfortable beds.
