Every detail was perfect down to the chocolate on the pillow on arrival; there is WIFI and a very superior assortment of books for guests' enjoyment. The beds were made up to luxury standard and kitchen equipment included a blender along with a wide range of other items; the apartment has a washing machine. The apartment is elevated with nice views across Pokeno. We both agreed this was the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed at, worldwide.

The host was very welcoming. We explored her vegetable and fruit gardens which showed her hard work and love for gardening. The property is very well maintained and the location is very calming and peaceful. The views are amazing and watching the sunset on the mountain tops was the highlight. We travelled with kids and they loved to see the cows and sheep next to the property. Highly recommended by us.

Popped in here for the night while hiking the Te Araroa trail, perfect for cleaning up gear, having showers and laundry. Close to Pokeno for groceries. Owner is super friendly and had the (small) kitchen set up with your basics. Quiet despite being close to the highway.

Once we stepped in, we were wowed by the property. Amazing BnB, so clean, cosy, and huge space for big group of family. Host provided very clear direction it was really easy to get there after our flight from the airport. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the breakfast provided. Highly recommended.

    Thoroughly loved how easy it was to access from reception. We had a delay in our flight but our key was available and access was easy despite arriving late. Do wish the rooms were a little bigger but no complaints everything was comfy, beds had electric blankets and there's a heat pump. Full fridge and oven available too!! Spacious lounge area with a table enough to fit 4 people 😊 would stay here again. Ohh and easy parking!
