It’s a nice big apartment, right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. The staff is very kind. The manager Milta is very kind, and helpful. If you need anything she’s always there for you. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend you stay here.

Everything! It was just amazing with such good attention for details. The rooms are beautiful, the beda very comfortable, the shower amazing. The garden is huge, it’s SUPER close to the city without the noise of it and the breakfast is literally the best we ever had in a hotel with a 3 course menu. Definitely recommend ❤️

Beautiful hotel, very green and silent, ten minutes from downtown. Friendly and responsible staff. Hudge room, about 35m2, with a clean bathroom. Strongly recommend. Many thanks to Omar from the reception, who helped me to get my forgotten in Puno cardholder!
