We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Irvin’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations staying at Mr. Irvin place was a pleasure. The communication with Mr. Irvin was exceptional He was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was clean and spacious, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were just perfect ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And a private driveway for our vehicle that’s a plus!

It must have been newly renovated - everything seemed new. Very clean. The plastic wasn't even peeled from the front of the TV! Beach front! - beautiful views from the back deck. There is a small, well-kept public park right next door, so our view was more expensive than if there was a close neighbor. We took a walk on the beach. From the main bedroom and from the kitchen bar stools, you can see the ocean through the windows.. Aircon worked very well in the bedroom. No Aircon except in the bedrooms, but we didn't need it. The beach breezes were pleasant. Great owner - good instructions.

It is a beautiful location right by the beach. It’s so quiet and you hear the sounds of the ocean so clearly. It was very clean and so comfortable. The staff and other guests were amazing. It’s so small and quaint. They also moved us to the king bed room from a double bed room for no charge and we had a small balcony seeing the ocean.

Everything about the place was fantastic. Steps to a beautiful beach that you can have all to yourself at times. The place itself was clean and well appointed. Hosts were more than gracious. Would strongly recommend a stay here and would absolutely return myself.

Great location near the center of town. Arecibo was a lovely place to stay at this time of year, with the downtown decorated for the holidays and live music. The house was easy to find, and parking was no problem. Communication with the hosts was very good.
