The staff were just wonderful - the owners worked so hard to make our trip special. My daughter's birthday was the day after we left but they made sure she felt special. This is a great place for families, solo travellers and those travelling for work. Highlights: exceptionally clean, a lovely breakfast, a characterful property and a great location for museum and bus station.

I didn't mind the location, out of town, but beautiful views to me, the breakfast was spectacular, I enjoyed the hospitality, clothes washed and ironed, organised in your room closet, I honestly loved it, and they were nice. Room service too for breakfast and any meals of your choice, the menu is extensive too. loved that!

I had a wonderful stay at the Faraja Guest house. The staff were super friendly and was very helpful. Spacious room, great interior design, and the house vibe was very comfortable. We had an amazing time at this place and felt comfortable from the very first moment. The view is absolutely stunning, and the interior is large, bright, and spacious, making it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Jean Claude was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay and assisted us with everything we needed during our trip. We truly couldn’t be more grateful and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Kigali.

The people working at the hotel are absolutely lovely. They show what real Rwandans are. Very kind people. Especially at the hotel restaurant bamboo. Yadema, Shema and Claire were very kind to me. Especially Yadema and Claire who talked to me about Rwanda. They all get a 10/10 from me. My room was so spacious, it's a whole apartment and the view is mesmerizing.
