This property is newly built, the owner gave us a 5 star hospitality that we never experienced before. We were welcome with a nice cold Jasmine tea after a long hot day traveling. They also helped take our heavy luggages up on our room, and even offered to drive us to our next hotel due to grab transportation wasn’t going through.

Mandarava Spa was a really nice place to stay, the staff were very polite, informed and very well trained. The food at both the restaurants were excellent. The only improvement I think would make the guests happy is to increase the number of shuttles per day of put one even after 6 pm would be great.
